Headache
3 Most Common

Headache

Tension headaches are the most common primary headaches and are characterized by a constant, dull ache and a feeling of tension around the forehead, temples, or neck. Unlike migraines, they are not accompanied by nausea or light sensitivity. Triggers include stress, poor posture, and muscle tension.

01 Tension

Cervicogenic headache, which arises from structural problems in the cervical spine, is a secondary headache caused by joint dysfunction, disc problems, or muscle tension in the neck region.

02 Cervicogenic

Migraines are neurological headaches characterized by intense, throbbing pain, usually on one side of the head. They are often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light and sound. One of the possible triggers is muscle tension in the neck, especially in the upper neck region.

How Chiropractic Helps

In our clinic we use a holistic and personal approach to the treatment of lower back pain.

Comprehensive evaluation: We analyze postural control, movement patterns and underlying causes, and identify stress points in the spine that affect mechanical and neurological stability.

Chiropractic Care: With specific chiropractic adjustments we reduce the stress on the spine and stabilize it, so the body can safely recover and heal.

Neuromuscular reflex techniques: Aimed at reducing muscle tension and pain.

Rehabilitation exercises: Strengthening and mobility exercises to improve postural stability and spinal loading.
